Sign Up Instructions for Events and Jobs at Meets

Hello Duck parents!

Thank you in advance for all of your help and support during the Ducks swim season. We need many volunteers at each meet, so please sign up early and often.

It is vitally important for you to indicate when your swimmer(s) is available or unavailable for all meets. The coaches plan the meet lineup very carefully, and it takes quite a bit of time. Knowing exactly which swimmers will be at a meet helps that process go smoothly. We will let you know to log on and sign up your swimmer(s) when deadlines approach, or you can do all of those sign-ups early in the season.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR JOBS AND EVENTS AT A MEET

• Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
• If you can’t remember your password, click FORGOT PASSWORD to reset your password.
• Under the MEETS AND EVENTS tab, select SIGNUP CALENDAR to sign up for a swim meet.

JOB SIGNUP

• Click the green JOB SIGN-UP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note that one parent may sign up both parents for jobs—scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know that you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to SWIMMER SIGN-UP.
• Click SAVE ASSIGNMENTS.
• Click BACK TO SIGN-UP CALENDAR.

SWIMMER SIGN-UP

To declare attendance and/or select meet entries:

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green EDIT under your athletes' names
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the dropdown list next to their names:
  • (undeclared) 
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options (if offered)
• Click SAVE to record your choices
